Hi, I’m Amina Mack, and I founded The Mack Law Firm because I believe in standing up for people when they need it most.
My journey into the legal world wasn’t just about law books or courtrooms—it was about people. Real people with real struggles. People like my brother-in-law, who lives with neurosarcoidosis, a rare neurological condition that affects his daily life in ways many can’t imagine. Watching him navigate a world that often overlooks or misunderstands disability changed me. It gave me a deep, personal understanding of how isolating and overwhelming it can be to fight for benefits, dignity, and fair treatment, especially when you’re already carrying so much.
That experience lit a fire in me. It’s why I’ve dedicated my career to Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Employment Law. These areas aren’t just practice areas to me—they’re lifelines. And I take my responsibility seriously.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve advocated for people in some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. Whether helping someone win the disability benefits they need to survive, guiding a worker through a job-related injury, or standing beside someone who’s been wrongfully fired, I’ve always seen the law as a tool to uplift, to empower, and to bring justice where it’s overdue.
I’m licensed to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I’ve served as an Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration, represented hundreds of clients in the courtroom, led programs to support future attorneys, and worked across public defense, child welfare, and civil litigation. Through it all, my heart has stayed in one place: with the people who need a fighter in their corner.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, supporting disability advocacy initiatives, or mentoring law students and young professionals who want to make a difference.
If you’re facing a legal issue and don’t know where to turn, know this: I see you, I hear you, and I’m here to help.

People like my brother-in-law, who lives with neurosarcoidosis, a rare neurological condition that affects his daily life in profound ways. Watching him navigate a world that often overlooks disability gave me a deep, personal understanding of how isolating and overwhelming it can be to fight for basic rights—especially when you’re already carrying so much.

Winning disability benefits for clients who need support to survive,
Guiding workers through job-related injuries, or
Standing with someone who has been wrongfully terminated,
I’ve always used the law as a tool to empower, uplift, and bring long-overdue justice.
